Returns Policy

In any circumstance which you need to return any item(s), goods must be unworn, unwashed and in the original condition. If goods are considered worn or not in the original condition, they will be sent back to the customer and a refund will not be issued.

The customer has 14 days from when the order was placed to be entitled to a refund and 28 days to be entitled for an exchange of another product. 

We must receive the item(s) on or before the final date. To complete the refund a receipt or proof of purchase will need to be present. 

Any item received after the 28 days will not be entitled to a refund.

Please be aware that you cannot change orders once they are placed. You will either have to cancel your order and place the correct one or return for exchange. We will contact you with an email if the item(s) you have selected are not currently in stock. Sale items are not refundable.

Return delivery process

We do not refund the item's normal postage charge to you unless we made a mistake and delivered an incorrect item, or if the item is damaged or faulty.

A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the item(s) returned. Returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.


Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first double check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is processed. Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund has gone through.
